Dr. Toso has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of projects related to water resources engineering, including hydrologic modeling/surface water management, hydraulic engineering, water supply/wells and pumps, sediment transport engineering, dam engineering, general civil engineering, mine engineering, hazard waste and waste management and others. In addition, he has written several technical papers and serves as an instructor in applied hydraulics and hydrology at the Civil Engineering Department of the University of Minnesota.
